We conduct annual product reviews across our product portfolio. This shows that our insurance products should provide fair value to customers in the target market (including vulnerable customers). It also fulfils our regulatory obligations as product manufacturer (PROD 4.2 Manufacture of Insurance Products).
Our review process considers:
- the benefits and service provided
- customers experience of using their product
- pricing
- fees and charges
- how products are distributed
In some cases, reviews are grouped where the products reviewed are intended to deliver equivalent outcomes. The reviews will be completed each year and will be updated each month.
